The salient features of the project of collecting data on the student hostels and PGs in Delhi NCR along with inside pictures & GPS location:

Our team will visit each and every unit of student accommodation to collect the data physically with the survey form to note down the details and Smartphones to take pictures and GPS locations. We will collect and provide the following information about each household:

  • Name and complete address of the entity
  • Contact Details like Phone number, email id, website, etc.
  • Number of rooms
  • Category of Rooms if there is any
  • Availability of Facilities like kitchen, washing machine, etc.
  • Pictures of Different categories of rooms, kitchen, front view, etc.
  • GPS location using smartphones

Data Collection Process

Our dedicated Quality Control (QC) team validates all collected data and field activities of the partner collection team. Working closely with our select field partners , we timely review every survey through multiple QC checkpoints before any data is dispatched to the client.

The process begins with carrying out a field research on the a  pre- decided sample. (Chosen on the basis of age, gender, income level, and demographics). We individually interview the sample populace, thereby capturing diverse and independent views.

Analysis

Raw data is compiled and carefully examined to come up with correlations bewteen factors. A comprehensive SWOT analysis and competitor study is also carried out.In addition to this, consumer data is imported into Customer Information Management System (CIMS) (software developed by Leadtech). This enables the client to view data specifics across different parameters , through a user friendly graphical interface and come up with their own strategies and inferences.
